Bundeswehr "Zeltbahn" hood pouch (1991)
This hood/bag is (in my opinion) one of the most interesting pieces of military surplus. These hoods are part of a tent set, and they were used to hold the tent spikes/cords. This tent could be worn as a poncho, and the pouch as a hood, as seen here. These tents could also be combined with other tents to make a single, larger tent (see pictures for reference).
