German Grey Leather Flight Jacket (1970s)
Issued to German Air Force (Luftwaffe) pilots, this unique jackets features a very sturdy leather construction with bright orange lining. Additionally, this flight jacket features thick ribbing, chest and arm pockets, as well as armpit ventilation. Made out of beautifully thick goat leather
It is also worth noting that Martin Margiela’s artisanal line featured a three different iterations of these jackets cut and sewn together for FW2004. See pictures for reference.
