Vamp jacket by italian designer Gianfranco Ferre. Featuring a (fake) double closure, a down fill throughout, invisible pockets on the inside, and a slim fit. The cut is pretty interesting, with cool paneling and a nice collar. polyamide material (im guessing, since no indication is present in tag).
