These monster boots come from a collaboration between HBA and Italian footwear brand Forfex. Debuted in SS15, these boots have become a classic over the years, being donned by the likes of Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, and Nicki Minaj. Interestingly, these iconic shoes were also worn Vin Diesel in the movie XXX: Return of Xander Cage.

This classic shoe is an amalgamation of a few popular shoes, combining the sole and general structure of Timberland boots, the heel strap and tongue from the Nike Air Flight Huarache and straps reminiscent of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 among others.

The Avalanches were released in many colorways. Along with this grey pair, there were black, black/grey glitter, black and white, and the classic brown among others.
