US Army Women's Rain Hood Vietnam (1975)
A very interesting item coming from the Vietnam era. This interesting hood was issued alongside a raincoat, with the sole purpose of covering the head. Made out of a cotton-polyester blend, this relatively simple hood features two main triangular panels, a visor, and two folds to accommodate the head. Very interesting construction of a simple and functional garment. Styled here in a few ways.
The lighter coloured one is for sale. Although both are the same model, they feature slightly different fabrics due to being manufactured in different factories. Included a raincoat tag (not from this garment)

No flaws (new old stock)
